This one day course is aimed at all levels of IT professionals, customers and users involved in the provision or receipt of IT services.

The aim of the course will be to give you an overview of the new topics in ITIL®  Version 3 as follows:

  • Service Strategy
  • Service Design
  • Service Transition
  • Service Operation
  • Continual Service Improvement

It will also help you to understand the main differences between earlier ITIL® versions. Explanation of the ITIL® Version 3 exam structure will be included.

This course is not designed to be a conversion course from ITIL® Version 2 to ITIL® Version 3 and will not lead to the Foundation Certificate in Version 3.
