The ITIL® V3 Foundation Bridging Course gives candidates a fast track route to an ITIL® V3 Foundation certificate. This one day course is designed to help those delegates who currently hold an earlier version of the ITIL Foundation certificate to progress through the new ITIL Version 3 exam structure.
The aim of the course will be to give you an overview of the new topics in ITIL® Version 3 as follows:
- Service Strategy
- Service Design
- Service Transition
- Service Operation
- Continual Service Improvement
It will also help you to understand the main differences between earlier ITIL® versions and to achieve the ITIL Foundation Bridging Certificate in IT Service Management.
Only existing holders of the ITIL® Version 1 and 2 Foundation certificates should attend this course.
The course finishes with a 30 minute, 25 question multiple choice exam.
