Business Performance Management Scorecards
£695.00 0 days

As many as 66 per cent of organizations don't know how to describe, manage, or execute their strategies successfully and research has cited this as one of the main reasons that CEOs fail. Balanced Scorecard users increase the odds of success by delivering tangible results from their strategies. Year on year repetition of those results, however, requires making strategy execution a core competency within their organisations.

The course is constructed from the experience of our consultants in deploying practical business performance solutions, industry research findings and the background of The Balanced Scorecard by Drs Kaplan & Norton (published by Harvard University Press).

There is a mix of briefing sessions plus group exercises to consolidate learning with hands-on practice.
