Consultancy Assignment - Service Support and Service Delivery
Our Consultant was involved in performing a high level review of existing processes within the Service Support and Service Delivery areas. Having conducted numerous interviews and examined all relevant documentation, a report was produced outlining observations and recommendations for improvement. The report was then presented to a number of audiences including the Board of Directors. Following Board approval, a strategy was agreed with Senior Management to develop ITIL® best practices within the organisation.
The Consultant then produced a framework for a project plan and attended regular management review meetings to offer independent advice on successful implementation.
