Candidate 1

Considerable Service Management experience. Holder of ISEB certificate in IT Infrastructure Management.
Implementation and Management of IT Service Management Tools consisting of Service Desk, Problem Management, Configuration Management and Change Management modules using ITIL® guidelines.
Selection and implementation of various Internal and External Service Desks.
Candidate 2
A highly effective manager of IT delivering IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) driven services to in excess of 1000 users across dispersed sites. Fully qualified ITIL® practitioner. Negotiates and monitors contracts. Well versed in presenting ideas and proposals both to individuals, board meetings and beyond. An innovator who recognises the financial and human advantages that successful implementation of IT can bring. Able to justify in financial and business terms the value of projects and deliver them to the user.
Responsible for all aspects of operational IT. Through a team of 12, manages all aspects of the day-to-day running of approximately 20 systems. These include 850 users on a thin client system delivering the core administrative system, financial and procurement management, e-mail, service desk and Office systems.
Developing processes and procedures to stabilise the IT infrastructure to ensure effective delivery of services whilst working closely with staff to ensure new projects are delivered that meet operational needs.
Candidate 3
A highly experience individual with over 20 years experience within the Computer Industry, operating as a Project Manager and Service Management Consultant working to ITIL® based practices, and managing the introduction of support systems. Earlier key roles have included management of a development team and enjoys motivation to achieve results through empowering and providing the necessary support and challenge.
Currently a Consultant to the Services Management department, participating in the establishment of ITIL® based practices. This has been undertaken in a period of consolidation of three independent IS organisations to establish a single service management function. This has included project managing the initial phases of the implementation of a single service support system to underpin the core disciplines of Incident and Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management and Configuration Management. Other interim management roles have been undertaken, including Environment Manager, Configuration Manager and Capacity Planning Manager. Current client has 25,000 users with over 250 applications supported on a variety of platforms.

Over the last five years this candidate has been working as a service management consultant and trainer During this time he has worked on service management projects in a wide range of organisations, including private sector organisations, utilities and outsourcing companies in the UK, Europe and USA. Work he has carried out has included:

- Review of SLAs and Contracts
