Management Assignment

The client required an experienced Change Manager to step into the shoes of the existing Manager at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances. The role involved ensuring that day to day functionality and quality of service was maintained without undue effect on the client’s own customers. During the eight week assignment, our Grey Matter's Manager was able to identify improvements to existing processes. With the agreement of the Senior Management team, several quick wins were implemented. These included a speedier authorisation process for change requests together with the introduction of pre and post change review meetings.

The overall knowledge and ITIL® experience of the Interim Manager provided other IT dependant disciplines with minimal impact from the change in staff.
